Get Ahead Math: Grade 4
Get Ahead Math: Grade 4 is an interactive software program that allows students to practice and master basic math skills in the classroom, computer lab, or their home. The program includes seven key concepts that are standards-based and reinforce key math concepts that students need to master in order to move to the next grade level. The material is presented in sequential learning steps, a cycle that covers three different learning modalities: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. Students work through the concepts using each modality as they watch video tutorials, work through step-by-step examples, practice on the worksheets, and take a quiz and final test.

Larson's Intermediate Math Grade 4
Larson's Intermediate Math Grade 4 can be used to reinforce, extend, and assess student learning and individualized to fit curriculum and student proficiency levels. Its sixteen modules cover a full year of mathematics curriculum including Place Value and Money, Whole Number Operations, Time, Measurement, Fraction and Number Concepts, Addition and Subtraction of Decimals and Fractions, Geometry Concepts, Statistics, and Probability. Interactive activities with graphics, audio and animation include skill-building, problem-solving, and critical thinking questions. Pre-tests, post-tests, challenges, standardized test questions, and a student journal provide students and teachers a variety of evaluation methods.

Quarter Mile: Math 1, 2 and 3 Bundle
Quarter Mile: Math 1, 2 and 3 Bundle allows students to do the most amount of math practice in the shortest period of time on a specific topic. The program's format is self-competitive, able to detect the smallest improvements and give positive reinforcement, non-intimidating, non-age-specific, appropriate for both genders, and equally effective for students with special needs and accelerated students.

ArithHelper
ArithHelper is an electronic workbook for the four basic arithmetic operations that features two programs, the Drill Sergeant and the Homework Helper. The Drill Sergeant generates random problems for the selected operation on a specified level of difficulty. It verifies each step, can be set to keep score either in timed or untimed mode, or it can also be set not to score at all. The program keeps the score of multiple sessions to aid in evaluating student progress. It tracks the progress of a total of four students. Using the Homework Helper program, students enter the problems that need to be solved and the program will check the answers step by step. The Time Teller generates time in a random fashion and shows the position of hands on a selected clock face in hourly, half-hourly, quarter-hourly, and by the minute.

Learning Odyssey - Grade 4 Math
Learning Odyssey - Grade 4 Math provides learning activities that are self-contained, and review activities that are on grade level. The main teaching activity provides longer instructional matter and testing to reinforce learning. Review activities are supplemental in nature and directly linked to the main teaching activity.

ReadyMade Fractions 2
ReadyMade Fractions 2: Computation, Decimals, and Data Analysis provides instruction and practice in fractions. The program is structured for graduated complexity and features student portfolios and answer keys for all problems. It contains a preview of all fraction activities and 250 problems organized in five topic areas: adding fractions, subtracting fractions, rounding fractions, fractions and decimals, and data analysis.

Math @ Work: Weather: A Whirlwind of Numbers
Math @ Work: Weather: A Whirlwind of Numbers provides a behind-the-scenes video tour of the National Weather Service in Wilmington, Ohio, and WDTN Channel 2 in Dayton, Ohio. It gives an overview of weather forecasting; demonstrates how math is used to describe the workings of the atmosphere; and identifies various tools, such as weather balloons and contour maps, used by meteorologists. The program examines how mathematical calculations are used to make predictions and track and evaluate severe weather; what's involved in weather forecasting; how math is used to help predict a tornado and assess its aftermath; how math is used to predict and study snowfalls; and how weather balloons collect measurements that "read" the atmosphere
